Cancer care is at a tipping point and real people's lives are in the balance.

But it doesn't have to be this way.

People living with cancer consistently tell us that care and support should revolve around who you are and what you need to manage your cancer and treatment well, no matter your prognosis.

At the same time, staff across the system are doing the very best they can but are stretched to breaking point.

Whether your cancer care or treatment has been affected, or you're an NHS professional struggling to keep up - you can share your story here to help make a difference.

How your story makes a difference

People and politicians need to hear about what’s happening with delays to cancer treatment, and the impact this is having on people's lives.

Macmillan’s Storybook is about sharing stories to build up a picture of what’s happening in the lives of people living with cancer, and those that are supporting or working with them.

By sharing your experience, we can raise the voices of every person affected by cancer. Our voices are more powerful together.
