Houses of Parliament

With the General Election on the 4th July, we’ve created a simple tool for you to ask all your local candidates: will you transform cancer care in the next Parliament?

Cancer care is at a tipping point and real people’s lives are in the balance. But it doesn’t have to be this way.  This General Election marks a critical moment to transform people's experience of living with cancer.

MPs vote on legislation that affects all of us. That's why we must ensure that prospective MPs understand how important it is that people with cancer get the right support and services.

This election, help us get cancer care on the agenda: let’s vote to revolutionise cancer care for people now and in the future. Make your voice heard and write to your candidates now.

What about devolved nations?
This is a UK-wide election, meaning everyone has the right to vote for the next UK Government. So, wherever you live, and whoever you vote for, your next MP has a role in transforming cancer care. Health is managed seperately in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, but your MP can still influence cancer care through benefits reform and health policy. Together we can call for a funded, long-term cross-government strategy that revolutionises cancer care.
